The Rapid Funding Envelope for HIV/AIDS uses a two-step application process—the submission of a Concept Letter followed by the submission of a Full Proposal. This process is designed to reduce unnecessary work to the applicant institution.

Once your Concept Letter is approved you will be notified and provided with a full proposal form along with comments and recommendations for consideration.

Scale up best practices or test innovations
Develop materials or approaches appropriate for broad-scale implementation
