The Rapid Funding Envelope for HIV/AIDS uses a two-step application process—the submission of a Concept Letter followed by the submission of a Full Proposal. This process is designed to reduce unnecessary work to the applicant institution.

After approval of your Concept Letter, you will be assigned a log-in name and password. Once you have these, click on this link to continue process (password required, approved Concept Letters will receive a password):
